Jurisdiction. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Relaxline, or any problems relating to your use of the site, resides in the courts of the city of Versailles, France. You also agree and consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the city of Versailles in connection with any dispute including any claim involving Relaxline or its licensors, employees, officers, directors, and telecommunication providers.

Passwords. Our programs allow you to record and store information. You are responsible for taking all reasonable steps to ensure that no unauthorized person will have access to your password or account. It is your sole responsibility to (1) control the distribution and use of your password; (2) authorize, monitor, and control access to and use of your password and account; and (3) promptly inform us if you need to change or deactivate your password.

Copyrighted program material. We permit you to print copies of material from our programs solely for your personal, noncommercial use. The content of our programs is protected by copyright under United States and foreign laws. Title to the content remains with Relaxline. If you violate any Terms and Conditions, your permission to use the content of our programs automatically ends, and you must immediately destroy copies of material from our programs.

Member communications. E-mail links on this site are intended to answer non-medical-related questions about our programs, such as technical problems, or general comments regarding the website. For all medical questions, users must contact their physicians or therapists directly. We will not provide answers to your own personal medical or mental health questions.

If you make any submission to the Discussion Board or if you submit any information, idea, or invention to us by e-mail, you automatically grant - or warrant that the owner of such content or intellectual property has granted – Relaxline a royalty-free, irrevocable, world-wide nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, and display the content in any media or medium, or any form, or format used now or developed hereafter.
